I completed an online purchase and chose click and collect. Bing Lee Penrith had the item in stock and had it available for me to pick up the same afternoon.nWhen I was able to pick up the next day, the service was fantastic and the pickup went very smooth. The store is in a great location as well so access and parking was easy. Thank you to Bing Lee Penrith.

Got a laptop from there yesterday the man in the I.T department was extremely helpful and spent time calling all the stores that said they had stock and then looked up similar devices until we found one we were happy with. It was the older asian gentlemen i think his name was Antonio if the invoice was correct. I would shop there again.

The processing online of my click and collect order was fast and I was very impressed with that. However the email stated I was to call when I arrived & they would do a ‘contactless pick up’ where they would bring the item (a large vacuum cleaner) to my car. I called on arrival & the phone rang out twice. When they picked up I was told I had to come into the store & they could not bring it to my car. I told them I had two small children & was only expecting this service because it is what their email said. Had I known they would not provide the stated service I would have had my husband collect it. So I had to put the children (aged 2 & 1) in the pram, we waited for about 10 minutes to be served by a lady who was not particularly friendly or communicative, & then I had to carry one child back to the car while pushing the other child & the vacuum cleaner in the pram.nnI received my product, & yes, that is good. I am sure the product will be great. But I will not be returning to Penrith Bing Lee in future.

Good price and service. Online ordering was easy and pickup painless. Very good range.
