For my first hair coloring experience EVER I walked in asking for a subtle change on my black hair, something like the image provided below and in turn I walked out with orange hair and patches of zebra patterns possibly due to poor foil work. Instead of a proper re-do I was sat by the sink with toner left in my hair to result in something more manageable thankfully, though I can surely say I am never coming back to the place for any service.

First time in 30 years that I cried during a haircut, the girl was so unprofessional pulling my har so badly while brushing it and also with the scissors, and when I got home and wash my hair I saw that all the hair was very irregular,one side waaaay longer than the other.NEVER MORE!

This place is so unprofessional to a point they put a customer mobile number all over Facebook due to complaining about this business
