Good service though came 10m after opening time and they opened 30m after.

They fixed the drive on my laptop that was causing errors. It's worked fine ever since

I was informed my laptop's faulty keyboard will be checked for internal corrosion and will be replaced if required. The next day I found out that the keyboard is replaced with a different type having no back-light, without informing me. When I complained, the reply was that that was the only matching keyboard they had. Moreover, they never didn't try to remove any corrosion from the original keyboard although just a day before I was informed that they will try doing that to see if it works.nnI think the guy has knowledge and skill but lacks professionalism.

Okay service though I can on time of their opening hours and it was closed for around 45minutes after the listed time.
