Great staff very helpful when I called to order a part

As a Driver, picking up product is always great, but when needing to u-turn in a double can sometimes prove challenging :-)

It's been a month so far & after two visits by a technician the thermocouples on our cooktop are still yet to be replaced. We have been unable to cook fresh food for our family for a month & with a 7 month old baby it's more than an inconvenience.nI'm a tradesman and I'd be ashamed to work for this incompetent company.nIf you call them, be prepared to be put on hold for well over an hour.nI've never experienced anything like it in my life.nI would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a F&P product to seriously reconsider.

I like to make a formal complaint in relation to my up right 308 fisher and paykel freezer. Ive had 4 of your tech out, 3 of them trying to fixs the carelessness of the first.nThe error has made my freezer now Unservicable due a discontinued plug that the first tech damaged . Im under the understand that if the plug was fine the freezer would work correctly, as a result its left me with time off work and a freezer that Doesn't work. I have been advised that there maybe a plug in the work shop that may fix this issue but have to wait another week and if not i was advised maybe is time to update. I'm not replacing my freezer because of your techs carelessness, if anything its fisher and paykel responsible for this issue and should fix it no matter and whatever the cost.
