So having been a regular customer I feel that the service has changed.. The manager's attitude has become negative and very unfriendly... I understand that times have changed and that the COVID 19 virus has everyone concerned... I may not be a BIG SPENDER however I am a regular that likes what I like... over the last few visits the product I wish to buy is always out of stock? and when I ask why I am greeted with mmm I don't know... (which equates to I don't care} To you it may be nothing to lose my $100.00 a week sale but if you lose every sale at $100.00 per week then good luck to you as there is a lot of competition.... BWS for example...
