Very professional salon friendly staff the girls made me feel very comfortable and welcome.they have alot of colour knowledge i am 100% happy with my hair colour and hair cut (treatment was amazing specially the massage that goes with it)I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed whilst there i am very happy will definitely be my 1 stop shop for now on I will definitely be back.

As l entered the salon l was shocked to be hardly greeted by the disinterested staff. As I took my hair out of the bun, l revealed my long hair which had taken back the hairdresser. As she moved my hair around, she grabbed another hairdresser and they both looked at my hair with disgust (in full view of everyone). The hairdresser informed me that l had nits. I was very confused as l had not come in contact with any who has had nits and I was damn sure I did not have it. I felt very embarrassed due to the lack of professionalism and the way they handled the situation. Leaving the shop feeling absolutelynself conscious & uncomfortable... I went on to a different hairdresser to have a second opinion. I explained to them the situation and they told me that it was nothing to worry about as it was just a speckle of dandruff. They too were quite appalled by the situation that I was put in and the complete lack of professionalism from this salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
