Unfortunately I only give 2 stars.nThe Manager makes you feel like it’s an effort for her to give you service on the phone or in person. Short answers with awkward silences on the phone as if you’re an idiot, good at directing her staff from afar whilst sitting back munching on a juicy apple whilst her lovely assistant did everything. Her assistant was the best and she even helped me load up my Ute with a heavy item. The Betta experience was with the assistant, Thankyou so much for your help.

After many days researching on front load washing machines I decided on an Electrolux model EWF9043BDWA and decided to buy from your store as it was closest.nI was dealt with by your salesperson Petana who was very pleasent and not pushy.nI had just two things to find out where it was made as I will not buy a major appliance made in China and happy it was not China but Thailand, and the feet measurement positions as I have a fixed raised platform for it to sit on and Petana happily tilted the machine all good and purchased and delivered the next day.nWe have done two washes on three different days and so far very happy with it.nThe easy access to the store and ample parking was great, the price was Very good and to not have to deal with a pushy sales people made the experience pleasant and happy to recommend your store.

the most helpful customer service experience ever! the lovely ladies who assisted me literally saved my life today. i went in with a list of things i needed and they helped me make a list of products walking through the store. they organised shipping for next week (crazy at xmas time) and super cheap too, thank you endlessly!!
