Staff are really nice and helpful! Especially this one employee called Brittany. When she was checking out my item, she noticed that it could've been swapped out for a better value option and immediately notified me. I'm glad to have changed it as the previous item was wayyy overpriced.

Very small understocked store. My boss said this is the worst OfficeWorks he's ever been too and he's a local!! We wanted an office chair and the girl who served us said the chair we wanted was in another store, it would take 2 days to get it here from the national warehouse in Sydney and that they couldn't get it from another branch.nWe went back to work and ordered it from another store on line and paid $40 to have it delivered next day...they are moving soon but we felt a lot under served. Maybe it might be better in the new place?

Self-service printer wasn't working so my wife saw 4 customer service people just standing behind the counter. She went to ask for help and one lady shows no sign of care. Another customer saw and demanded more firmly from them to help my wife.

The self serve counters for printing don’t work until you’ve done a lap on the four machines a few times, asked for help and gotten none, finally managing to get the rubbish machine to work and process your print order, but then the staff have no concept or understanding of how a line works and they just serve the closest boomer loitering around the counter, while people who understand what lines are have to wait and die slowly while they never get served. Don’t know why it’s called self service because it doesn’t work lmao.

The girls there were bloody easy to talk to and very very helpful. Thanks ladies job well done
