Dragons Den Music Studio

was good but to my knowledge it closed down at the beginning of COVID; I haven't heard otherwise and when I drove by the site it had a new non music related tenant. I haven't heard that Dragons owner has reemerged elsewhere. Pity.

Some tasteful renovations have really breathed new life into the space. It's still a solid rehearsal space (I've not used it for recording so can't speak to that side of things) and is a pleasant place to hang out before and after a jam.

Revamped and refurnished from the old days and more rooms to come. Affordable, good quality rehearsal space.

Great sound, and well fitted out studio. Pretty overpriced however, and they charge $2 for card transactions. That's ludicrously overcharging from what their card processing fees from the bank would be.
