Best mobile experience ever for me. In a difficult service area (upper Blue Mountains) the isp I inherited was totaly unsatisfactory in terms of coverage. Mat at Vodaphone Penrith Mobiles agreed that the most expensive providor had the best coverage, but I persevered because my sister has had a very good experience in the mountains with Vodaphone, and I am happy to report that Vodaphone coverage and the staff at Vodaphone Penrith Mobiles has totaly solved my mobile signal issue.

Today I went to Vodaphone to ask about our pocket wifi and we were wanting to upgrade to 2 new iPhone 11 Pro Maxes, the staff were rude, useless and did not care about what we had to say. Their attitude towards us was disgusting, they also were rude to another lady whilst we were asking about our internet.nI highly recommend staying away from this store as well as Vodaphone as a whole. They have ripped me off completely, trying to say I used 100gb of internet in 10 days, which is totally incorrect as we both work all day long and watch a little bit of news each night and go to bed. We didn’t watch any movies or Netflix throughout the 10 days.nSo instead we went and spent about $5,000 at Telstra. Customer service there was beautiful, they made sure we were 100% happy with what we were getting.nWe will be cancelling our Vodaphone plan and will be not paying this months bill.nSo I will repeat again, stay away from this store if you want to have a good day, they will simply ruin it. I do not remember the names of the men who were working today, but they both had beards, one had black hair and black beard and the other had orange hair and orange beard. So stay away!

Very average customer service from walk up, didn’t honour their phone quote and dealt with it awfully. Go to the lovely guys in Penrith Plaza if you want your phone or tablet fixed.

Best customer service!! The guys are so helpful and go above and beyond to give their customers the best deals. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!!
