Camera House - Penrith

Went in with a broken filter stuck on my lens, and the guys here were super helpful and lovely and helped me get it off free of charge (even though I think they actually had to replace a part of the front section of my lens fitting). Will 100% return, super helpful and professional staff :)

I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of service and team at this store. I’ve always been treated with patience and kindness for all my requests and couldn’t recommend the excellent quality of prints and other services enough. Best place to come and get film developed too! You guys are amazing!

Had the best experience at Penrith Camera House. The staff were outstanding and friendly and had a vast product knowledge. I ended up purchasing a Canon 200D mark II with a zoom lens. The team were able to suggest some great accessories and training that would enable me to make the most of my new camera.

Been there twice this morning and waited 20 minutes both times not to be served. The second occasion I was at least asked if I needed assistance and when discussed what I needed still waited 10 minutes, noticed others being served so I left. Will I return for a third time - NO
