First time I visited this store by chance. Wayne and other guy were very helpful giving me advice on my guitar's playability and bridge pin issues. Really appreciate the attention and assistance they gave me. Will definitely visit this store again to get my guitar serviced. Just feel that folks here can be trusted and caring for customers.

Great store. We bought ukelele for my daughter. Staff gave us choices and inputs which one to choose. Very good for somebody like me who knew nothing about guitars.
