I am useless with Phones, I came in & was helped by Britt. She was amazing, got my new IPhone 12 set up in under an hour, transferred everything from old phone & checked to make sure we had got everything backed up in ICloud.nThank you so much, amazing service.

I booked my Genius bar appointment online, and was very pleased with the service provided by Hamish my assistant. He was welcoming, professional, and helped navigate my problem. Thank you Apple Penrith for assisting me with my issue, pleased to have gotten it all sorted in one visit.

We had Talia who by far has been the best person to ever serve us at Apple.nnWe came in with several payment methods we had desperately scrimped and saved for the new iPad Pro - which was out of stock and very complicated to purchase. We hit a few hurdles, but she was patient with us and offered several solutions to help.nnShe also wasn’t trying to force Apple Care down our throats as we usually get from Penrith!nnWe dread going to Apple in Penrith, however she has completely changed our opinion on the store.nnThanks Talia!

Poorest customer service ever received, they have only one motive that is to sell their products. I bought apple watch 4 months ago and suddenly the colour of strap start fading and the product is still in its warranty period and they didn’t replace it or even they were not able to provide me any satisfactory reason that why it happened to the silicon strap. Don’t visit this store it’s just wastage of time and money.

got helped from Teddy (i think his name was?) and he was amazing. most kind considerate person, was honest and upfront. then got served by a lovely lady with a middle lip piercing who aswell provided the BEST service. came into the store in a bad mood and left in a good one. 10/10 service from the penrith apple store and i hope these workers get the praise they deserve !!!
