I recently had a black 350z Roadster detailed here. It came in with some scratches and stone chips and was returned with many holograms visible. I took the car back a few days later and explained the situation and showed him the holograms ( buffing marks ) all over the car. He apologised for the inconvenience and said he would try a different polish, as the car is Black and easily the hardest colour to detail. I picked it up after work the next day and it looked pretty good, the different polish he used worked a treat. I was originally frustrated when I got it back the first time, but He certainly redeemed himself. I originally posted a pretty poor review prior to him fixing it up, if he had managed to get the job done right the first time I would have given him 4 stars as he has proven himself a somewhat capable detailer.

Don't waste your time or money with this galah. He charges top dollar, promises the world and then delivers crap. When I said I wasn't happy with the job for the second time (I had to come back after he had it for a whole day as there were marks all over the place and stains still on the seats) I told him I wouldn't be paying the full $330 he said "Well I've got your keys". At this point I was fuming but said I would pay $300 to get out of there but I wanted a receipt. Cash by the way as he doesn't have EFTPOS. As he started writing the receipt I saw my keys so I grabbed them and threw $200 at him and said that was all he was getting for such a poor job and wasting my time. He then threatened to kick my door in at which point I told him in no uncertain terms that that would not be a good idea. I then went to my car and got in and I looked in the rear vision mirror and noticed he had picked up a metal bar so I quickly drove out. I got home and noticed there is now paint overspray on the front of the car, there are still marks all over the place and the roof racks haven't been cleaned and as for the new car smell he promised, it just isn't there. I wish I hadn't given him $200 as its still way too much for such a pathetic job. If I could give him zero stars, I would. Avoid this parasite like the plague
