Staff were very friendly and helpful, had lots of gear and bikes to offer. And overall clean and tidy!

I just brought my first bike from Top Gun Motorcycles. The staff were very friendly. Mainly dealt with Greg (Sales Manager) and David (Fiance). Both were very friendly. But don't expect them to tell you anything unless you ask. What I am very annoyed about is that not one of them told me that even though I would be buying a brand new Yamaha Vstar XVS650A (in 2020) it would actually be registered as a 2018 model. I found this out the next morning when I checked to make sure the bike was actually registered as it was late in the afternoon when I picked the bike up. (I know I should of checked before riding the bike home) My wife went in and seen them a few days later, and the employee said. " Oh I thought I explained that to him". At no time was this explained to me though. If it was I wouldn't of brought the bike as I was expecting a 2020 model. Their excuse was that they don't make them anymore as there was a heap made in 2018. I am not happy about this as now even though I brought the bike in 2020 I now have to sell it as a 2018 when I go to sell it. I have alot of After market things to put on the bike, and servicing which I was going to have done by Top Gun but that will not be happening now. I have learnt by my mistake now and I just suggest that any one buying or using Top Gun that they do their homework first. I was new to this as I have never owned a bike and I feel like I have been taken for a ride. I am very happy with the bike, and have been on a few rides with it. I am just annoyed that I wasnt told that even though buying a brand new bike it would actually be registered as a 2 year old bike.

Sales team is very friendly and helpful, but when the motorcycle was delivered, I added at least 15 L petrol myself, so the motorcycle was not with full tank petrol for delivery as they told me, just a little bit to start with.

Great range of bikes and gear. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely recommend this place
