Officeworks Bondi Junction

Don’t come here for any printing. Ive been coming here for 20 years as I’m local and 9/10 times the print desk staff are rude and have zero clue how to do their jobs. Only the print desk though, normal store staff are not as bad. Other officeworks in the surrounding suburbs are always better and staffed with much nicer people.

Tried calling ahead to check their scanning facilities to ensure they have what we need. They just let the phone ring out, or maybe even just cancelled the call. Couldn’t get through.

A few too many lazy Printer staff in Bondi Junction. More often than not the printer counter staff have an issue with doing work, or are incompetent to follow simple instructions, or know how to print certain documents.nAny other Officeworks Store apart from Bondi Junction can do printing from emails without a problem. Bondi Junction store staff seem to make their own rules about what file formats they are willing to print from. Even to print a word document is an issue for one staff in Bondi Junction who wants a pdf to avoid clicking the mouse an extra 2 times. Other staff just refuse to print things like photos or don't listen to simple instructions on what is required to print, or if printing double sided or not.nBondi Junction is the worst Officeworks store for customer service in my experience.

I went to print some photos and the printer did not work, 4 people went to check the printer and no one could fix it. This was 30 minutes of me waiting… so I asked, could we use another printer? The attendants said unfortunately could not switch printers but he could send to the back, but it was going to take an extra 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and went there to ask “where are my photos?” And then someone said to me: it is warming up, it can take more 15 minutes I am not sure… o left the store after 45 minutes waiting, and without my photos. I am really disappointed
