The team at Bondi was a pleasure to deal with. I had gone into the store with the intention of returning an item that had been ordered online. Despite not being aware of the return beforehand, the team got in touch with their headquarters and had it sorted smoothly. They took in the return and were very understanding of the situation. The top-notch service is worthy of a trip to the store.

Customer service in store was good bit of a wait but still good but over the phone shocking. called on Sunday to get a lead time on a camera due to a really good sale price. Was told they would call me on Monday with a lead time and so I could order the camera waited all day and tried to follow up call them with no luck and no voice mails. Still no call called them today not able to do anything on price due to sale being over. Due to this, now having to spend an extra $500.

Went there last week to take passport photos for our 1.5yo and older grumpier store clerk was very rushed and was a bit abrupt about her not smiling for passport photos. Result was a scared little bubba who looked very worried. I thought about it for a couple of days and decided to go back as these photos would be in her passport for 10years. So glad I did. A gorgeous lady was there taking the photos that day. She took the time to chat with my little one to make her feel more comfortable. Result was night and day!!!! A more relaxed bubba and a photo that actually reflected who she was. ud83eudd70 would love to give that lady 5 stars but had to settle for 3 stars as passport photos ended up costing me $60 in the end. I should have spoke up from before but can sometimes be hard to do when you are there with a little one always feeling like you are putting people out. Thank you to the lovey lady for taking care of us and giving us such a wonderful experience! Forever be grateful for the next 10yrs when we see that photo! ud83dude02

Best, best, BEST place to repair camera (both digital and film)!!! Favourite place to get my film developed (literally only took them a couple of days to get my film developed). Not only do they have the friendliest, and most helpful staff members, but they also offer a lot of great deals from time to time. Shout out to Harry and Thomas for being some of the biggest MVP's of digiDirect Bondi! Every visit to digiDirect Bondi is always a highlight :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND – 5 STARS 10/10!!! Thanks guys!
