Excellent service by Ivan but my system is on the blink! $35K in 2015 - you would imagine it would work for years! Much better when it was on Oxford Street - Westfield has no soul!

Ivan and the team are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years! B&O is an investment in quality, they are expensive but so is a Rolls-Royce. Looking forward to adding to my collection and experiencing the extraordinary.

The staff are incredibly rude, impatient and inattentive. They fail to answer the most basic questions about the products and lack product knowledge/ training. Product quality wouldn’t compete Bose and the like, as well.

A lot of people here are complaining about the staff and the prices.... let’s talk about that.nnAs it was the only B&O store left open in Sydney, I had no choice but to go here. I was ringing up JB-Hi-Fis and David Jones stores to see if they had what I wanted. I tried to ring this store a few times but they only answered probably 60% of the time, even within opening hours. However, when they did answer, the staff were friendly and reasonably knowledgeable.nnI can’t remember the name of the man who served me, but in person, he was quite personable and was happy to help out. I knew what I wanted though, so it was a quick stop and I didn’t need much introduction to products. He offered to demonstrate the speaker’s functions, but couldn’t locate the buttons correctly. That’s all.nnOf course, the products are expensive (it’s a luxury brand, what do you expect?). I’m still in the early stages of owning my A1, but I’m very happy with it. I paid $267 as it was on sale.nnDon’t worry about running out of stock, there’s enough of most things.nnIf you are looking at B&O products, I guess this is the only option in Sydney for a proper B&O store - and it’s not a bad one.
