The products particularly beer is infrequently available, leaving us to choose a second choice product or nothing at all. The delivery times are ridiculously long even for interstate deliveries 2 weeks for one case of beer interstate is beyond unacceptable. This must improve. 2-3 days maximum anywhere in Australia. i will not be using hello drinks again unless this is achieved.

I bought a single barrel whiskey from hello drinks. They sent out a blended much cheaper (similar looking ) bottle!!!nFraudulent company.nIf this was someone buying for a present, or had little knowledge about whiskey - they would would have been duped without ever knowing.nHow many times have they done this???nnDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!nnThere are plenty of other great online retailers that are reliable and won't stitch you up out there

Happily took our money, but never delivered our order.nI only discovered our order hadn't been delivered months later, after chasing it up with the person who it was supposed to have received it. Thought it was unusual that I never heard from them.nClaimed they were looking into it but I never heard anything. Now completely ignoring me. Numerous requests for a refund but they continue to ignore me or provide a refund.nDO NOT use this service they will take your money and not deliver. Disgraceful behaviour, absolute crooks.nnAfter this review, they contacted me and I have been refunded. Shame that's what it took to be reimbursed.

I ordered Champagne online to be sent interstate as a wedding gift and mistakenly sent the order to a local default address. I would own that mistake had I not been in touch minutes after to adjust the delivery address and Hazel a rep assured me it was doable. The product arrived to my default address regardless of her assurances it would not and was adjusted no fuss to the intended address.nTold the order reached the warehouse to be transported, and so not possible I received notification a day later the order was processed so that doesn't make sense. I received at a push a $10 rebate on my next $200 order. That can sit in cyberspace I wont be re using the service and I use that term VERY loosely.

Highly recommend Hellodrinks. Very happy with the service. I got 2 cases of beer, free delivery, cheaper than my local liquor store. Happy days!
