It’s misleading and pure bad customer service when you advertise a set closing time (midnight) and decide to lock your doors 5 minutes before actual closing. It’s even worse when you point that out to your cashier and he decides to throw up his hands in the air as if he doesn’t know what he had done. As a long standing customer of your establishment who knows exactly what he wants and doesn’t take more than a minute to pick it up, I must say, I’ll never be purchasing from this institution again. You have the footage to prove my point. Check your video footage from the night of February 3rd to confirm what I’m saying. You lost me and all my UNSW Kingsford friends that ever shopped with you during odd hours in the night.
