Has an excellent understanding, based on her knowledge of the chemicals on how they interact together, this was evident on the treatment required to get our pool water back on track. Firstly Kym outlined what the treatment was required, and when I asked how long before the pool could be used for swimming and that our two Grandsons were arriving from Charleville today, Kym then said, hold it there, it can be treated another way and it will be ready for your grandchildren to swim in the following day. 2. I also bought a Hayward Leaf Canister and Kym supplied the additional accessories that were required for connection at no cost and explained the connection process. I would of thought that Hayward would either make their Leaf Canister connections suitable to use, connect straight into the hoses as they are the manufacturer of the hoses or either supply the required connections as part of the Leaf Canister.
