When I came into the store my hair was blonde/ light brown. I asked for it to be bleached blonde. When it was done half my hair was completely black and the other half was a blacky blonde.nnWhen I came back the next day, the manager attempted to fix it by rebleaching my hair and most of it fell out.

Shout out to Leila for for a job well done today with my 4 year olds hair cut. I take both my boys to Hair Scope, the team are always patient and reassuring with the kids and always provides a great cut. Thanks guys and see you again soon.
