Very impersonal. Customer service was nonexistent, barber's would talk about their customers in different languages not knowing they were understood and didn't even have the decency to give a good hair cut.

Husband got a nice shave but the place was filthy. Guy in store said they couldnt possibly clean hair after every customer. They kept asking/insisting that he give them permission for shave to be filmed for training/promotional purposes. He just kep saying no
