After the recent & sudden passing of our dear dad, the task of organising his funeral seemed overwhelming. We were recommended to contact Joseph Medcalf funerals. We met with Jayson Cooper the same afternoon & were immediately put at ease with his obvious experience, meticulous attention to detail & his kind & caring nature. Nothing was too much trouble for Jayson. He listened carefully & ensured that all of our requests were incorporated into the most beautiful celebration of our dads life. All of the team were very dedicated & able to answer our questions. We also had a few last minute requests which were attended to with enthusiasm, caring & understanding.
