I ordered a monitor stand online on Wednesday and Richard called me within half an hour to advise that it would need to come from WA and apologised for the delay, that it may take a week to get to me in Vic. I was fine with this, I'm in Victoria in lockdown, so I'm used to things taking a while!nRichard then called me Thursday morning to advise that the warehouse was able to ship it airmail and that the stand would arrive that day.nSure enough, the stand arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it!!nGreat communication and professional, personalised service- I'm really happy and will definitely be back!nThanks Richard.

I found the item I wanted listed here cheaper than anywhere else in Australia but was a little suspicious of the website. After checking some reviews I saw really positive comments and placed my order. Even though it was a weekend, Richard from IT Shopping called within a 2 hours of placing the order to triple check that I had ordered the right part. I was blown away by the extra effort he went to. The item arrived promptly and the follow up by email was excellent.

Richard gives mindblowingly great customer service if items aren't in stock with his suppliers he rings you to see what else he can offer you keeping you in the loop. I did my due diligence on his business as i have been scammed by laptop battery sellers that use dodgy ABN's of other companies & you can't contact them by phone & that don't respond to emails. He ordered a printer for me yesterday & it was delivered to me from Sydney to Adelaide today . I challenge anyone to find a better company to purchase from.

As a purchaser from IT Shopping for over a decade, I have always found the service to be excellent. Deliveries arrive on schedule and, if for some reason delivery is delayed, there will always be an advice. Prices are very competitive and, if asked for, guidance is willingly given.

IT Shopping is always just 1 call away. For most products they always have the lowest prices and everything arrives on time. Sometimes it is a bit hard to find products on their website but Richard always makes sure all my orders are processed as expected.SO EASY...! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Well done!
