Very small store with little to no stock

The staff are very helpful. I have no idea of the chords needed to connect my Lenovo laptop and the large screen. The girl went through patiently with different chords and chose the correct one for me. I am so thankful for their assistance and knowledge. I highly recommend JB Hi-fi Eastgardens.

Staff were quite knowledgeable. Only downside was that the store was under-staffed. Given the commission structure of the employees, this motivated them to prioritise higher end orders. Would suggest taking them off commission, and doing a team bonus system to encourage team cooperation.

What a great Christmas experience, we were helped by Ash she is an absolute superstar. So knowledgable, enthusiastic and excellent customer service. Thank you Ash and JB

Went to buy a mobile. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the time it took to get served was unacceptable. Seriously understaffed.
