Jim's correctly diagnosed the damaged hard disk which was causing my laptop to fail and quickly replaced it with a similar component. It has now been working fault free for 3 weeks.nnI can't fault the speed and price, and will definitely take any future computer issues here. Happy customer!

Brought a web cam for some zoom meeting. Screen went on my Sony laptop, and for some reason I can never get my Lenovo or surface to work with different meeting soft ware.nnWell the Microsoft HD 3000 did the trick. Easy to set up and small to carry aroundnnExcellent customer service ,and suprisingly not much different in price from the big shops ud83dude03 man of few words but that's cool know his stuff.nnI will definitely use them him again.
