I ordered an item 2 months ago roughly and I had barely any communication it was always me that had to call them and never them calling me on updates. That wasn’t even the worst part. They had the same item but in a different colour (I wanted black they had grey) and it took them 2 whole months to offer me a different product. Would not recommend at all, I had things from overseas come faster than something I ordered interstate

I called from Victoria completely clueless on how I needed to do something and I got the awesome Trevor, he worked out exactly what I needed and bundled it all together and had it shipped off to me. The price was amazing and delivery didn’t take long at all. Follow up contact was always available and spot on.nnVery happy customer!!

No customer service at all. I needed a battery for my motor home, he didn't even get out of his chair. I wanted to look at the battery, he just said it looks the same as all the rest. Still didn't move from his chair. I walked out in disgust, then went to Battery World South Nowra who were wonderful. They got my money. They were happy to deal with an old woman. I would not recommend Frankies.
