Nic is a true IT professional. His knowledge of computers never ceases to amaze me, and his ethics combined with a determination to offer the very best customer service will ensure a very high customer retention.nnNic went above and beyond to very quickly fix a major issue I recently had with my computer. I know for sure that I will be going back to Alpha1 whenever I have any future computer problems or need an upgrade.

Called on the day to get a bois update on my motherboard and he went above and beyond to fit me in his busy schedule, got there on the same day and he fixed all my problems and more. He gave me so many helpful advice for a first time PC builder, very passionate of his craft. 100% would go there again if I have any PC problems.nA very satisfied customer.
