I have to say our family has had the worst experience any family should endure during a very emotional time. Everything from start to finish of our exerience was spoon fed to them and they got wrong so many times.nListing everything would take too long, but I will say the last straw was the date of passing on my Mothers graveside plaque was wrong. It has been fixed.nApologies just don't seem good enough.nThis is our families opinion.
