Wild Fox Artistry

Wild Fox Artistry may be one of the most modern & innovative hair studios within the area. However, their online booking system does not give you the option to reschedule your appointment in the event that you need to do so. Neither is their system reliable as I was double booked on the same day by staff & could not phone the studio to reschedule as all I could resort to is leaving a message on their phone service. Very disappointed, sometimes life just happens for whatever reason. Most concerning issue was that no return call to rectify the matter after leaving several messages. May not be a great example of exceptional customer service.

On 30th September I paid $135 for a full head of foils the colour I wanted was dark brown/red. I walked out with absolutely no colour in my hair. The lovely Adele and her Team are total professionals. They deliver amazing results every time and I always leave the salon feeling great. I can't recommend the Wild Fox Team highly enough. Adele's talent, passion and expertise shines through in the high quality service that is consistently provided. I love the stylish design of the salon and the convenience of the online booking feature. 10/10 every time!

I had a styling appointment booked 3 weeks in advance for an event I needed to go to on the long weekend. I personally went to the salon to book and reiterated that it was the long weekend and i wanted to make sure they were open. 3 days before my appointment they cancelled it as they 'didn't realise it was the long weekend'. Poor management by them and not impressed by having to scramble to find someone else at the last minute.
