My latest purchase from Photo Equipment Store Australia arrived today, less than 24 hrs after I ordered it. (V-lock batteries and charger this time).nnNot only is it the cheapest and most efficient camera store I have dealt with, Mathew always knows a lot about the equipment he sells. The range, price and service seems unbeatable to me, this place is at the top of my list.

I rang the owner, Yue Ma, late on Friday requesting stock availability for a popular sold out product I was desperate for an imminent job. He was more than happy to open up his shop on Saturday by appointment just for me. He made sure the product worked. Very happy. Thankyou

I was in need of sensor cleaning swabs, and was originally going to head downtown to get them and I found this shop on google! They had full and crop sensor swabs stocked for half the price. The employee(or owner) was extremely friendly and we had a great chat about the photography business. Would shop here again and recommend anyone else come here as well for their camera equipment needs.nAlso, the store is located inside the main little plaza shop, up the stairs, down the hall and to the right.

Bad customer service. Matthew was very impatient regarding enquiries I made. He didn't want to answer any more questions to ensure I was making the right decision. He hung up on me and disconnected the phone line when I tried to call back. Whether he was the owner or just a manager his attitude reflected how they did business-- just to make a quick buck off you.nnDon't do business with them!
