Chose myself dark ash as the colour. Service was meticulous which included complimentary beverages and food.nnDark ash was a bit on the dark side so seemed black unless under light. I had called them up the next day and shared my concern. Charles was upfront asking me to come in at a suitable day to have my hair redone for free! Yes free! It was such a good experience.nnAs a customer it is very important to have such experience, to build trust. Moving forward, I would only prefer them as my hairdresser. One of the best hair saloon's in Sydney. I have been using their services for straightening, colouring and haircuts past 8 years. The service and hospitality is amazing, especially Charles is very friendly and helpful and honest with their opinions and hair style suggestions.
