My mum paid $100 to get her hair permed here, it started to relax and loosen almost straight away. She has short/shoulder length hair. Went back to get to it assessed and Lisa basically wanted her to pay for another perm. Afterwards my mum remembered the staff forgot to do the heat treatment at the time so the perm wasn’t sealed.
