Officeworks Carlton (Kogarah Bay)

Went to get a desk today and the staff members Evan and Nathan as well as the store manager Rajah where very helpful and accommodating as they helped recommend a desk for our needs and deliver the desk to the car and load it in.

They need to hire more staff. The staff are run off their feet. I use the Taren Point store also and they always have plenty of staff to serve, not sure why it's not the same here. The staff work well under pressure and are friendly and helpful, but will definately be using Taren Point from now on.

9am Sunday. Had to pick up an item ordered online. Carlo as really helpful and accommodating. Two women behind the counter interrupted us being served to help them with a customer because the women were too lazy to go and find out for themselves. Poor service ! Get OUT from behind the counter ladies and DO your job ! Carlo is NOT your servant.

Small range and low quality products. I'll never go back again. Bought a mouse pad and it's of such poor quality the edging is very sharp and has cut my wrist. Poor quality control.

Have great selection of products and if you cannot order it in store you can have it ordered in online, via the app or at the register. Expect a wait if print and copy because they serve everyone on an individual basis and all jobs are custom made so it takes time. If you don't have time to wait submit your job online for delivery or instore pickup. Minimum 2 day wait.
