Small space, but has wide range of products.

Every time I walk in, staff are always willing and eager to help. They’re also always within view so I never have to go searching for someone. Dan (I think his name was) helped me find what I was looking for and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Great service!

Service at Hurstville is beyond APPALLING!!!!! Very different from my JB Hifi experience at other stores. The shop was quiet. I could hardly find any staff. One was busy on the phone and wouldn't come forward to help. The other we found rushed us through the sale process. Then he left us at the counter and walked off without telling us what to do next. Unprofessional to say the least.

They have a decent variety of goods and a fair returns and price matching/beating system but there are times when you feel ignored by staff even when you try to get attention. I felt that way when I was trying to get help to purchase an item. The shop was not packed at the time but, was it understaffed, i don't know. I did not make the purchase because I left.

Great range of products. Easy non pressuring staff. Recommend googling the product your looking to purchase before you pay and ask them to beat or match the cheapest price.
