Chambers Cellars

I went to Chamber Cellars yesterday to buy a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue as a gift for a friend. The sales assistant was very polite and advised the price which was $220.00 I asked if he could do any better and said he would check with the supervisor (who was very close to both of us talking to a rep)nThe supervisor said NO in a very rude manner and not even supplying a reason for his short and rude reply. I then told the sales assistant that I'd look elsewhere. I Have purchased the same item at Dan Murphy at $194.00 which was an on line special price. Bottom line is that this specific supervisor is always rude to customers and Chamber Cellars has now lost a very regular customer of many years.

Great choices, good prices and service has always been exceptional....even helping carry items to my car.

Service was friendly and they were willing to go the extra mile to get me a small deal when it wasn't clearly advertised
