Optus

I visited Optus Seven Hills store today and the service which I received , especially from Nikki, was just amazing. She has a sound knowledge of the products & ongoing offers and is very professional in her approach. She gave me variety of options to choose from while explaining the details on each which really helped me to decide which phone and plan to go for. She has a great zeal to serve the customers and provide the best possible service leading to customer satisfaction. As a customer, I think over so many years dealing with Optus, this is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced and she has set a bar for the rest of the stores around. Many Thanks Nikki for sorting me out with my new phone and plan. You are awesome, please keep up the service and am sure you will make millions of customers as happy as I am. Cheers!

I'm not very technically savvy but I recently got scammed and had to buy a new phone. I Went to Seven Hills store and was greeted and served by Nikki she was very helpful and empathised with my limitations. I intend on transferring all my family business to Optus due to her service.nGary Brown

What was supposed to be a simple upgrade from physical sim to an esim has proven difficult.nnafter speaking with optus support via the myoptus app for over 2 hours to activate an esim I was advised to go to my local optus store to resolve the issue.nnwhen I went into the store at seven hills I was given a qr code to take home and try as they are not trained for esim instore. after returning home with no luck again I contacted optus support via the myoptus app again to advise the situation.nnAfter speaking with Kenneth he advised he does not have the tools to assist me and to go back in store.nnI have been left extremely frustrated and still without an active service as optus seems to have no idea what to do which is really unfortunate as I have had nothing but good things to say about them until now.nnextremely disappointed would not advise anyone to use esim and stick with your physical sim. their departments lack communication and the service is not what it used to be.nnHowever after seeing the girls at seven hills after the ongoing battle with optus support via the chat function and over the phone they were both understanding and pleasant highly recommend to see these girls if your having issues rather than battling with support techs over the phone!!nnthanks again girls and best wishes for the little one Nikki ud83dude42
