One of the best Salon out there with such friendly staff and great vibe. Leanne always puts a smile on my face after giving me a fresh cut. She’s the best, trust me, so skillful and knowledgeable! This is my go to salon, even though it’s abit far from where I live, but the travel is always worth it. Highly recommend this salon to everyone. Check it out if you haven’t, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

If you have naturally curly hair I would not recommend this place. Rather than admit they have no idea what they are doing they would rather waste their time and your money.nnIn response to your comment below:nHi there,nI never said your staff were inexperienced I said that in regards to naturally curly hair they do not know what they are doing.nIn fact you were not there when the style was discussed, you were in the corner sitting on seats having a chat with your colleague. I said I’d like my hair washed, and then products added and diffused so that my natural curl was defined and my hair had volume. Please note I heard the whispers of you explaining how to comb curly hair while my hair was being washed. When product was put in it was the smallest amount and was fluffed into my hair. Please also note at this point I said that it would need more product. Further to this the lady doing my hair had never used a diffuser before because again I heard that whispered conversation.nI understand your need to defend your staff but please - don’t accuse me of lying.nnI asked for my hair washed and styled naturally so that my curls were defined and had volume. The only suggestion that your staff came up with was to straighten my hair and then recurl it with a wand. Which is not how you define naturally curly hair (my hair is already voluminous and has tight ringlets). I left feeling belittled and with my hair entirely fuzzed, my natural curls matted. After the comment below I feel no better. Waste of time, and horrendous way to start a weekend.

I have been their customer for more than an year. I also referred them to my friends. But this time I went there, the way they treated me was very unprofessional. I had an appointment with Nathan, I rescheduled my another appointment for this. I was on time, they made me wait for 30 minutes. Then, the lady who cleans the floor and the chairs did my hair wash, she was very unprofessional and my dress got wet. After that, another lady did my hair cut, I told her that I have an appointment with Nathan, she simply said he is busy and can’t do it now. Why to give an appointment if he is busy? Am I getting haircut free of cost? With no choice, I explained her what hair cut I want, she was in no mood to listen, she treated me like I shouldn’t be there, she was unfriendly and did what she wanted to do. The hair cut was worse, my hair now looks like I did a hair wash and blow dry and no difference. I was annoyed but I’m not a person who makes a scene. So, I dint say anything and just left the place. While I was waiting, there was another lady who said she was waiting for 45 mins, she also had appointment with someone and they asked another staff to do it, she was unhappy and left. I should have left too but I had to do a haircut for an event in the evening, so I had no choice.nnWhat was waste of money and my time! I felt belittled, won’t go there anymore.

Highly recommend to everyone. I had my first cut here back in Dec 2020 as a gift from my wife. Since then I'm getting styled up by Leanne and team. They are simply amazing, very friendly, approacble has plenty of experience, variety of products, colours etc most important is they are simply awesome in every aspect such as style makes over, advising and talk about anything. This shop is my all time fav and will go through out my life. Best regards Sunny.

Great haircut by Levi. He listened to what I wanted and cut my hair with care and precision. He clearly takes pride in what he does and it shows. Have recommended to friends.
