Terrible haircut, was impatient to ask or listen to the customer's preference. Just rushed through and bad judgement on length (men's hair) in certain areas where you need more attention. EDIT: reading other reviews I think at least the lady who cut my hair doesn't know the nuances of cutting men's hairnnExtremely rude! I was made to wait for quite some time on the chair so I was using my phone to kill time. Walked to me from the side and and just threw the cloth over me and the phone straight away while I was using it even though she knew it and I was holding the phone high.nnNo apologies for the long wait and even worse that she did not seem to be bothered and started the haircut straight away even after she saw me trying to take out and put my phone away, and did not ask or even give me a chance to say what sort of style I wanted. You could see the lady in one of the photos behind a customer on the shop's photos on Google
