Customer service has been terrible both times I have visited.nnOn the last occasion, they would not allow me to enquire any specific details about the product I wanted to buy (not even the brand name of the human hair weave they use). No variety of products.nnWhile in store I watched her decline a customer's request to have his hair braided a particular way, which he thought would suit him better.nnWould highly recommend making the extra drive to Blacktown or Newtown salons instead, as this store is definitely not interested in accomodating customer requests. They are not interested in your business, only in making their job easier.

I found the best customer service at the best possible location had my braids done with the beautiful lady owner who was experienced and had it done quick and perfect love to see you soon guys.
