not the type to write reviews on google but this one deserved it,nat first service was great the lady who did my session was friendly and communicated well.nbut after my sessions, i needed a few more that's when they stopped replying to me and everything was unprofessional.nDisappointed in this company for charging so much and not being respectful to their on-going customers. doesn't deserve 1 star only gave it 1 because of the lady who did my scalp made the experience worthy of the price they were charging, wouldn't recommend based on my experience. Definitely other services with better service and price.

I had my treatment only about 6 months ago and the ink has completely faded and no sign of any dots!! What I can see is just a dark cloud of ink on my head which doesn't in anyway look like hair. It looks like someone smudged a permanent marker on my head. The lady who does the tattoo is lovely but josh the owner is just after the dollar and customer care is zero! Waste of $3000. thankfully for me I found someone else who is gonna fix this mess and who gives me a 10 year Guarantee on the results.nnRegardsnnEric Celine
