They have guitars for kids. Reasonably priced and the female sales person was very helpful and friendly.

So I show up to the Parramatta store at 3:40pm, 20 minutes before closing time and the place is closed. No word on the website or anything, then I call the line and dont get through twice before I do and get hung up on instantly. How hard is it to update your hours on google?

Wasn't very impressed with my experience today. Before I had kids, I was a regular customer and never had any issues. I recently discovered they had moved to a new location, so not sure if they are under new management/new employees, but this morning was awful. I rang up a couple of days prior to check they had an item in stock, and they said they had two, but I couldn't come in until today because they were closed over anzac day, which was fine. I showed up first thing in the morning. 9.30am passed, not open, so I rang to double check they were opening today. Another 20 minutes passed, another customer came and left because he got tired of waiting, store still not open. I rang again to ask what was going on and the woman had to chase up where the employee was. The co-worker showed up another 10 minutes later, while in the meantime I was trying to manage a baby and toddler at the front door, only to find out after 40 minutes of waiting that the item was not in stock. Just as I was about to leave, the person who was meant to be running the store strolls in. NOT HAPPY!nnUpdate: I've visited an additional 2 times, only to wait a considerable amount of time again for the staff member to arrive and open the store well after opening time. Customer service is pretty good once they open, but punctuality and organisation are definitely not strong points for them! I also want to add that the phone number they offer does not connect you to their store, which makes communication difficult when you need them to check stock/something in-store.

Will never buy off these people again

Owner was a bit rude at me because i went to exchange a 200$ guitar when he had a 5000$ customer. Then again, it is understandable :) . Sales person was good.
