Samsung Parramatta

You need to have patience and go with plenty of time to speak to one of the customer reps. Some of the staffs do not look approachable but once you speak to them, they are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. However they are always in a rush and I guess I can understand due to the long ques.

The team at samsung Parramatta were awesome. Ally and Edward guided me through all the steps of backing up my phone and went above and beyond to help me get it sorted before sending away my phone for repairs. I would've been lost without their help and patience. Thank you so much to the team at Samsung Parramatta.

Horrible customer service. I went to the store to get tech support and advice regarding a new phone I purchased three weeks ago. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store. Upon arrival, a girl greeted me and asked what help I required. After telling her, she then went to relay the information to their tech guy who was standing there having a conversation with a college. Instead coming up and speaking to me himself, he ignored me and used the girl as a messenger to keep relaying information back and forth between us while he stood there the entire time, not looking at or acknowledging me, while continuing with his casual conversation with the same college. It was the worst customer service I have ever received.

This Samsung store in a very busy section of the Westfield has a very small operating space. It is well stocked and has a great Team. Very efficient and very friendly team. From the moment you arrive, all your questions are answered from a knowledgeable crew.

Simply the best service one could find from a phone store. Highly recommend. So helpful.
