Went in with a battery problem. The man just removes the battery from the back of my laptop and then has the nerve to ask for $30. $30 for removing the battery from the back of the laptop ud83eudd2f why not tell a person before touching anything if you are going to charge for it. Tell me exactly what you are going to charge. He removes battery and request $30. Wow. Horrible sale tactics. First time and last time.nnAnd I am writing this review so people can be careful with this business. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Very bad service. I have been there with my laptop problem about 1 month earlier. There were two staffs they look at my laptop then laugh and talk in their own language, it's embarracing. They took a photo of my laptop and said me they will contact later. They did not contact me till one month then I go there again. This time as well the staff look at each other, laugh and talk in their own language. Really embarracing. Again they said me that they will contact me later and the price will be minumum $150. Then what is the maximum, if they can't fixed it then they can be give a straight answer. It's not about price and laptop problem, it's about commitment, behaviour and professionalism.

Repaired my computer and recovered all my files, programs and even my bookmarks which i was worried about. Very reasonable price for parts and labour and I got it back all fixed within a few hours. Great service and friendly staff.

Best staff in the world for a pc shop. Amazing parts with affordable prices!
