Would like to thank the staff especially the manager Chris for the professional and excellent service I received today.

I went to this place during August 2020, the shelves were stocked with a variety of alcohols. I think the shopkeeper thought I looked as if I would steal something. Because I was carrying an empty bag, my hair had not been combed, and I also looked underage.

Today in Heiken there is offer if you buy 2 box of beer later on I asked for offer I person reply me I don’t no anything my boss doesnot mention anything regarding this . What a careless ud83eudd72ud83eudd72

All the staffs have a problem with attitude.Such a pathetic way of speaking with customers should learn more effective way to speak with your customers!!! we are paying you we aren’t getting your service for free ..nsorry hun you might loose more customers with the way .
