Charlie was phenomenal and made sure my dye and cut was exactly what I wanted. Great team. Great cut. Great dye, Great blow-dry. Amazing experience. Worst place. Never gonna go here again and I advise others to stay away. The guy is super irresponsible and do NOT pay attention to what you want and communication is abysmal.ni didn't know this Hair salon is Pet friendly, however their dog is annoying, running around and so noisy. VERY UNHYGIENIC

Charlie and Saera provide the best service in Western Sydney. I have been going to Charlie for 5 years now and his level of service has never changed. Charlie has excellent skills and knowledge in both male and female hair and Saera is the female specialist. Beautiful couple and great service.
