Nadine at the print station highly recommended. I went in to see her pre the festival I booked in darling harbour requiring a double side printed board , without much time left to have this job done , she advised me of a few different options and also cleaned up my art work to make it more presentable. I thought I would have to end up paying a fortune for this job, thou her honesty and integrity showed me the most cost effective way. Extremely happy with her diligence and care, if the world had more people like you the world would truly be a better place.nThank you from all my heartnHelen

Good place to find all things at the one place but need more customer service

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members in the printing section. She was extremely rude and lacked a great deal of patience. Firstly, I asked her that I would like to print out a document from my email. She asked me to forward it to their email address which was displayed at the counter.nWhen I asked her to check to print it, she said she hasn’t received it. I confirmed their email and then she said it’s not that one but the one below it. I sent it again to the other email. I had a look and the email wasn’t received on her end. So, I asked her politely if she could refresh to check. She replied very rudely that the system refreshes on its own.nnAfter sending her the email 2,3 times, she received all my emails in one go. She just refused to refresh because she was least interested to work I guess. Very annoying experience.

Pros: helpful staff and fairly quick service considering the amount of people they handle.nCons: they are a smaller officeworks and often don’t have stock for high value or voluminous items. Suggest you check the stock with them before visit.
