The worst liquorland ever. Did a click and collect order trying to save time and they just hadn't even picked it 24 hours later. The staff said nothing the manager walked away and left the casual to look up the details just appalling, I wasn't even angry till the manager left the shop assistant to deal with it. Shame on you Manager of Liquorland West Gosford!

Ordered Bacardi online via click and collect. Went to collect order and waited 15 mins before the 2 ppl working din know how to process an order. Finaly after 10 customers, Nitin came to the rescue. Would have been quicker buying in store.

Went to purchase liquor 10 minutes before closing, the staff member literally shut the door in my face.
