I just had the best customer service experience by a young lady in the photography department called Brianna. After ordering the wrong size of an important photo online she did all she could to make sure I had the perfect photo for the day. She was understanding and very professional. She is definitely a valued employee to your store.

Have you heard of bait advertising. I went in there yesterday to buy an Ipad on the sale price you had and none of your stores had stock! why set a price and not have enough stock for demand. Then I went to JB, Good Guys and Bing Lee and they wouldn't price match due to this! Get yourself together and answer your phones!

Visited the store 2/2/2021 to buy a printer and was treated like a second class citizen by Kyle the manager on duty and Michael the store man who works in furniture. Asked for help 3m away from the printers and refused to help but would send someone over... when I questioned this was because they had know knowledge of printers. As a manger I questioned how he could be in his role without the knowledge (later confirmed by the regional manager, Kyle had great expertise in their area). Not sure why he would help other than the way I looked... tattoos and dark skin seemed to be the only reason for refusal.nThis was escalated and handled amazingly by the regional manager but I still feel sick about the way I was treated for no other reason I can think of... if there is another reason I am still yet to find out, Kyle went mute and refused to interact in the way you would expect of a manager.nWhen addressed in store I became the issue for expecting team members in uniform on the shop floor to assist when 3m away. Micheal yelling at me demanding to know where I worked for what reason again I am unsure. When I asked Kyle 5 times was he going to let him speak to me that way... he went mute again.nnI would advise this location and the team members involved lack the decency to treat customers with any sort of respect. I was lied to repeatedly and when I pushed back to their dismissive nature they got aggressive and I became the issue.nnAgain the escalation was handled the best it could have been in a terrible situation but should have never occurred. At 36 I have never felt so profiled in my life... Shame!

Staff at the printing department on many occasions seem to be under staffed. Not as helpful as that could be. Store itself is good with plenty of stock. Staff could be more helpful.
